1. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and your acceptance of them is expressed by completing the online order form and making payment.
  2. Prices are as stated on the website at the time of ordering.
  3. Orders will normally be fulfilled within 10 days of receipt of the initial order/originals/payment.
  4. You must have the right or permission to reproduce the image you send to Wall Print.
  5. Wall Print has the right to decline an order if it is believed to breach copyright, is offensive or is obscene.
  6. Wall Print will return your original material (except where the material is obscene and has been rejected) along with your completed order and whilst every step will be taken to safeguard it, you send it to us at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to it during transit or by another reason beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any intrinsic value beyond the basic value of the material upon which your original is produced.
  7. You agree to allow Wall Print to retain your digital images for the purpose of reordering only. Your images will only be reproduced when you give your express permission and will not be used for marketing.
  8. You will pay Wall Print for any costs or damages arising from the reproduction of any image you submit to Wall Print.
  9. A proof will be sent to you before production commences and this is intended to give a reasonable representation of the final image. We cannot guarantee exact replication of the colour balance of either the original image or the on screen proof.
  10. Terms and conditions may be altered without notice and will be posted on the Wall Print website.
