How do you produce my picture onto canvas?
We use the latest Canon 12 colour pigment ink printer to reproduce your picture onto high quality canvas material produced to the highest standards with bright strong colours. Prints are then heat sealed prior to stretching to prevent cracking at the edges and to protect your canvas for many years to come.
What material is used for the canvas?
We use high grade artist canvas material made from 100% cotton for an authentic look and feel.
How quickly can I expect my order?
Please allow 10 days after you upload your file and place the order. However, we always try and send your canvas even sooner if possible! If your order is urgent please select priority shipping on the checkout page.
What if my picture isn't good enough?
We want you to be proud of your canvas, so if we feel your picture will not look as good as you would like, we will let you know. This way we can work together to either make the best of what we have or find another picture.
Please note that we cannot accept
• a picture taken using the camera on your mobile phone or
• a picture taken by a camera less than 3 Mega Pixel.
What if my photo is damaged/faded?
Again, we want you to be proud of your canvas, so we'll do our utmost to make the best of the photo you give us. We will touch up, repair and send you a proof to make sure you're happy before your print goes into production.
I'm not sure whether my picture is good enough to order from?
Send us your picture and we'll show you what it will look like on canvas.
My picture is not in a digital format?
You can send in negatives/slides/or prints up to A4 in size. Alternatively please scan your image at 600 dpi minimum and save in JPEG/JPG format at as large a file size as possible and either upload or send in on CD/DVD disc. All such artworks will be returned to you with your order.
Rare, precious, or irreplaceable images/artwork
PLEASE DO NOT send in rare, precious, or irreplaceable images/artwork as we cannot and do not guarantee their safe delivery/return in the postal system. rather get such items professionally scanned and upload that instead. If you do not have access to a scanner most high street D&P shops offer a scanning service.
Scanning Guide:
Having a properly scanned photo/artwork will give the best results.
1. Scanner settings.
Set this to default.
2. Resolution
6x4 photos or larger set the resolution to 600dpi. Smaller photographs will need to be scanned at 1200dpi.
3. Scanner Glass and photo/artwork
Before scanning make sure the glass of the scanner is clean, free of dust, smudges and fingerprints. Please clean the scanner glass in accordance with the users manual and clean the photo with a lint free cloth.
4. Placement and Preview Scan
Carefully place the photo/artwork face down on the glass. If the photo/artwork has been bent, creased or folded put a weight on top of it such as a book to flatten it out. Start the preview scan. Your scanner will do a quick pass of the photo. Check that the image is placed upright and not at an angle. Make sure that no part of the photo is cut off and that it is free of dust and debris, if you make any adjustments repeat the preview scan.
5. Final Scan.
Scan the photo in colour even if it is Black and White or sepia toned and save it in JPEG/JPG format.
Will the colours I see on my screen be the same as the finished canvas?
We cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings can vary. Our monitors are set up to exactly match the colour reproduction capabilities of our Canon Printers and canvas material. If there is a particular colour match you need please contact us for more info (you will need either a pantone or a colour swatch to post to us).
How do I care for my canvas?
To maintain & increase the lifespan of your canvas do not expose to continuous strong sunlight or moisture. As they are heat sealed they can be cleaned with a damp cloth. A light vacuum with the brush attachment will get rid of any dust on the surface.

How does the shopping cart work?
Just like a shopping cart at a supermarket, you can put things in your cart (by clicking on the 'add to cart' button) without having to buy them - it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in. You are not committed to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through to the checkout. However, you cannot purchase an item until it has been added to your cart, so remember to check the contents of your cart carefully before you check out. You can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the view cart link along the top of the page or on the right hand side of the category pages. If you want to remove something, simply click on the red x . When you have finished shopping click on the 'view cart’, then click on the checkout button. You will be then asked for your personal details. The shopping cart uses cookies to operate.

This small file will enable you to start shopping, then close your browser, shut down your computer and then return to this website at a later date to continue shopping with the same items in your cart.
How secure is the website?
All your payment details are processed by a secure server and this information is sent by 128 bit encryption meaning it is impossible to break the code and steal your credit or debit card details. A small padlock icon will appear in the status bar of the browser at the bottom of your screen when you are entering your card details, signifying you are currently on a secure platform.
